Expired stock is money already burnt
Without batch-level expiry you find out when a customer points at the strip. MediPOS warns weeks ahead and sells the oldest batch first, without being asked.
MediPOS runs the whole medical store — billing, batch-wise stock with expiry dates, udhaar and recovery, and the reports you would otherwise work out on paper. It works without internet, because the shop does too.

Medicines come in batches, expire on different dates, and go out on udhaar. General shop software treats a strip of Augmentin like anything else on a shelf — and that is where the money quietly leaks away.

Who owes what, since when, and how much is too much — the counter should know before the sale goes through, not after.
Cost price sits on the batch, so the margin you see is the margin you actually made.
Everything runs on the shop PC. Nothing to reconnect, nothing that stops working when the internet drops.
Barcode, quantity, done — split payments and part-udhaar without reaching for the mouse.
Automatic local backups plus an optional encrypted copy on our servers. Restoring takes minutes.
Every batch carries its own expiry and its own cost. The app sells the oldest batch first without being asked, and flags what is about to turn before it becomes a loss.
A running balance per customer with a credit limit you set. When someone is over their limit the counter says so before the sale, not after.
Cost price is stored per batch, so the margin you see is the margin you made. Fast movers, dead stock and expiry losses are all there without working anything out on paper.
Batch number and expiry on every line, your licence number and NTN where an inspector expects them, and medicine names printed in full — so nobody has to guess which strip was sold.
Every plan is the whole product — nothing is held back for a higher tier.

Yes. MediPOS runs completely offline — billing, stock, reports and printing all work with the internet unplugged. A connection is only needed to activate your licence and, if you turn it on, to upload cloud backups.
You keep it. If a licence lapses the app stops taking new sales, but your medicines, sales history, customer ledgers, reports and backups all stay readable and exportable. Your records are yours.
That is the core of it. Every batch is stored separately with its own expiry and cost. Sales go out oldest-expiry-first automatically, and the expiry screen warns you weeks before stock becomes unsellable.
Yes. Each customer has a running balance with a credit limit you set, a full payment history, and a receivables report so you can see who owes what at a glance.
Any USB barcode scanner works — they type like a keyboard. Printing works with any Windows printer driver, and receipts are laid out for 58mm and 80mm thermal rolls as well as A4.
Yes — a licence covers the counter till and the back-office PC by default. If a computer fails, we move your licence to the new one; just contact support.
The screens are in English, which is what most staff are used to on a till. Medicine names and your shop name can be stored in Urdu and print in Urdu on the receipt.
MediPOS backs itself up automatically, and can also upload an encrypted copy to our servers. Restoring onto a new machine takes a couple of minutes.
